My interest in working with those experiencing chronic pain comes from living with chronic pain for 15 years. At 12 years of age, I was diagnosed with chronic daily headache. Over the next 15 years my pain slowly spread and intensified. During this time, I tried almost every conventional and non-conventional medical treatment available. However, nothing seemed to help - until I discovered the mind and body connection through the pioneering work of Dr John Sarno.
